How do you really edit out so much video footage and manage to tell a story of why a cello player and his kickass band went to Jamaica to help people raise money for beds in orphanages over there? A filmaker/editor I am not. At least not to any even tiny degree. Maybe a microscopic degree...
Going through hours of footage to piece together this video. Now is as good a time as any to finally get started. Sadly, I do not think I am going off with Dave and the boys in a few weeks, so I needed to put my head in something time consuming. I want this video to show the goodness... and I truly want to tell a story with this. So... with my head buried in the video edits, I am looking for the great shots, and the must keeps.
But 25 minutes of footage is too much and I need about a third of that.
