Living without tv is kinda great. You don't get inundated by all the crap the media wants to shove down your throat. And there is no worry about news and sports plastered all over your brain. Used to be Super Bowl Sunday was the day me and Mr. Layton would try to get to Disneyland. Then the secret go out and it was packed.. but not before we got a couple good years of an empty theme park to ourselves and often only about 800 other people vs the usual ten of thousands.
More helping of the friends moving today... this makes 4 days straight of silly little tasks to aid in making the move happen faster. It's a good move for them but I will miss the chance sightings of them. They had been gone a while prior to this so it was like having training wheels for their departure. Then tomorrow is calls to see about trying to schedule an appointment or two for the new venture. I have to adjust my thinking... not all the people I know in business are the ones who make decisions... and I am feeling a bit timid about throwing myself out there... I need to do more, know more and I will... just really want to get something going.
In the meantime, it's a freakin' chilly morning and I am treating myself to some heat and some music courtesy of a fun playlist that is happy and uplifting I made for a pal a couple months ago. Currently playing is Yacht "I Believe In You" and boy, that song always pleases!
