Two weeks, two days....

I leave Tucson on May 25th...as I watch the days fly off the calendar, I realize how little time I actually have to pack the rest of my stuff and get situated in Bisbee for when I get back. I guess the good news is that I have my house rented as of the end of June to a kick-ass stained glass artist named Molly Phoenix. She told me I could leave the vintage trailers in the yard, so she is DEFINITELY my kind of tenant!!

While it was good to have Rosebud, I am very aware of needing to make real progress on moving big stuff out of here. Looks like it'll be time for a trip to U-HAUL. My time here is dwindling, and at the same time I'm watching the tour calendar fill up with all of these festivals,clubs and house concerts. It'll truly be a very ambitious schedule... but I have a feeling Trina and I will make it quite entertaining for all involved. We have discussed how to drive more site traffic to her web addy and I know for a fact that when you are on tour, people want to know what you are doing! Video makes it fun! I want it to be fun! "If you fun them, they will come!"

And I have to say, when you keep getting validation that this all seems so exciting, and that people are really pulling for you to have the most incredible time... it really does make a difference. I'm following my dreams, and my instinct.. and that doesn't always come this effortlessly. That has me believing that I'm on the right path. Even if it turns out completely different than I can envision, it's still the right path.

I guess I should pack a box or something...just got off the phone with my pal Melissa Reaves in Boone N.C. she is truly the most amazing woman with her guitar ,looping pedals and effects! She will be living in Bisbee by the time I get back. Bisbee has that effect on people... but don't worry... she already knows she wants to be there.
