Recipes from the tour!
This is a photo of "Eggs El-Frida" which is a signature dish of the tour. We want this blog to be fun and entertaining.. yet.. informative and educational. So far, the only folks we have made these eggs for is Tracy and Liz and Maddie in Cincinatti.. we wanted to make 'em for Cathy and Joyce in Indy, but ran out of time... I will make them for 'em. Cathy is a foodie to the core, and I think she'd really appreciate them! Big shoutout to you , Cathy and Joyce!! Missed not seing you at Donna's party... but I know you had a VERY full day. Big hugs!!!

we just realized we'll be in Chicago the night of the Roosevelt concert....we're going up by train Sat. morning, doing the museums and spending the night...Cathy and I and our daughters, Carrie (you met) and Erica (Trina has met)...
