Ok... so every summer, my fave restaurant in Tucson called Feast, serves this amazing bbq brisket. I have to say, I am going to miss being in there having some of the most delicious beefy treats with that one!! If you are in The Baked Pueblo...RUN TO FEAST !!! IT'S BRISKET SEASON !!!!
Also.. you gotta know that Doug the owner there at Feast is a phenomenal guy.. he, (along with Jeffrey one of my best pals of all time)contributed some cash for touring expenses and they were fundamental in helping El- Frida and Team Hamlin have enough gas to get to the East Coast. I love you dearly!!! I love you both even more than that brisket I'll be missing..
