Speeding our way towards Escanaba... The view through BLT's leaves of the beaches of Lake Michigan. Left Ron and Mimi (big hugs!) at noon and are hoping to get up there with a little time to spare. Still fending off the cold, Jane has graciously reminded me that road managers don't get sick...so I'm not going to let it take me over. Drove by the most adorable old Dodge Dart wagon somewhere outside of Peteoski MI... Wanted it...BADLY!!! Didn't go back... But still have a pic of it in my brain. Damn....My birthday is almost here. But I already have a beautiful old wagon. This year I will get myself a hearty dose of folk music in Woodstock Ill. I certainly don't need anything... that's for sure!

Ahh, the quintessential Dodge Dart! Now, go listen to Patty Larkin's classic "Dodge Dart" and be amused, as so many of Patty's songs will make ya feel! (The Dart's fab, but I've always wanted a VW bus...)
