Here we sit just outside of Minneapolis at a kickass indie coffe place called Dunn Bros. Coffee... wi-fi,strong cuppa jolene, and big chairs... Trina had me take my feet off the table as we are really in Minnesota... I'll be good. I am such a laid back non-thinking goof sometimes.
We left Crystal Lake and our fab hostess Annemarie and Co this morning and headed to the Land of Hamlins. We will be partaking in watching a baseball game that Trina's nephew is playing in, seeing her dad and taking in everything we can. I see my pals Venus and Lynette tomorrow. That ought to be a blast! Making some attempts to drag Leslie Hall out to the gig in Des Moines at The Ritual Cafe... a girl can dream, cant she?? We are in great spirits... everything just keeps getting busier for Team Hamlin. Looks like the October tour with The Hamilton's is shaping up to be a really sweet and busy! Nini Camps is a helluva organizer and has alot of connections in Texas and all parts in between, so the closest I'll be to AZ before Late Nov. is in Austin,Houston, etc in late Oct. Check Trina's website in a few days to see where/when. Lizzy, that's particularly directed at you... you and B should take a lil' vaykay to come visit and see some awesome music!!! Plus we are spitballing a bunch of ideas for Germany.. thanks Julie (xoxox) for getting me to Geoff... we had a great chat and got some good leads.
We stopped along the way in Wisconsin and got some Cheese Curds... good salty fun! Went great with the braeburn apple we had in the back of the van. Those curd things make me think of Linda ( Mother Superior..) who is my office mgr. at Long Realty there in the Baked Pueblo. I love ya Linda!!! Whoot!!!
Ok... time is limited here... gotta scoot... there's a ballgame to watch!!!

Yummm, cheese curds! Not available here in Tucson, dangit. Too bad you couldn't schlep some back here...and yeah, they DO go great with a sharp, crispy apple! I used to eat 'em that way back in CT when I could get 'em.
VERY glad you got the German Connection going; I hope it gets you guys tons of gigs! (Wish I could go...)
