I threw my back out... happened yesterday at the Nashua River Valley Folk Fest. It has me a little quiet and unable to move alot. The good news is that we are now back in NYC and I have since seen T's chiropractor and I am supposed to be on my way to healing. Sounds good to me... I am not too good at letting people do things for me and it was hard to give into it.
Trina and Jane were both great, and I guess the lesson in front of my face is to let others contribute to me...
Basically we have till Friday off from any really major travel... then off to The Cape for a house concert. More later...
