Yup... We paddled up to a café that served us latte macchiato's,rhubarb squares,and fresh juices and mineral water. We paddled for about hours... Had a blast, raced a few unsuspecting tourists (and motor boats..) and then headed for a really good fresh lunch at a mall. Next a little walk back to the neighborhood.

Oh my GOD I wish I was there! What fun you're having. Betcha didn't know I used to race canoes in high school in CT, didja? Yup. I love it then as much as I love a sedate paddle along a quiet waterway. I want a rhubarb square...one of my alltime favorite things: rhubarb.
