It's a drizzly day here in Hamburg. not too cold. I kinda like it. Only because I don't have to live in for long periods of time... the novelty of cooler weather in August/Sept is very different.
Today we will go put up posters in a couple of neighborhoods and go visit one of the clubs Trina is playing at. Last night it went well... the room was beautiful, Trina played piano, and again she was well recieved. The owner Juergen was a very nice guy who knows alot about the club business here in Germany, so Petra (our duetsch tour wonk)gleened a bunch of good wisdom from him and also from the wonderful Barbara (who helped setup the gig) regarding setting a promo team in motion for next year. It looks like Trina has really hit the jackpot on incredible people who are very interested in helping her go much further... what more could you ask for except a grilled cheese and tomatten zuppen!!!

Finally read all the Hamburg posts--love the Q-tip head photo of the Papaya and the cafe-by-canoe shot!
It's great to be home (2 months is a long time), but we are having a little separation anxiety and missing all of you. As I said to Trina, I am imagining that you have had breakfast at the bar and are maybe walking along the waterfront. Sigh.
Anyway glad the gigs are going well! Hope to see you guys when you get home to the Northeast. Love from Dan, Hannah and Maya too.
