That's probably how I look after staring at the computer most of the day doing some recon for future bookings etc... but it also happens to be what I'm listening to on my ipod. Who knew that 20 plus years after their one hit, I'd still be listening to a band called The Hooters??? The ipod, which has been essentially plastered to my head all day long has brought me alot of joy ranging from Roberta Flack to The Bee Gees to Susan Werner to Trina to Sufjan Stevens and even some Rob Zombie!! (I see a theme!).
It's been a day filled with email too.
Trina is recording/mixing with The Hamilton's still so I just crammed as much computer time as I could into the day... would have worked on video, but Andy, the IT Director at Team Hamlin has my computer and is getting it all situated. We love Andy...he's easy to love... and he's adorable!
And with that, Trina Hamlin's "Beautiful" just came on the pod...I just noticed it's almost 11pm so I should think about winding down. If you're gonna work with musicians.. you need to be able to listen to their music and believe in it and love it.
