packing and cleaning and then some!
I'd take a pic of my chaos here at the house, but it's not that bad... I am just trying to get it all organized and pack light. As I go along, I am trying not to pack stuff I might use... only allowing stuff I used. I missed a chance to check in with some people today as a result of being back in Bisbee and needing to hunker down and get my stuff done. You will hear from me tomorrow... I am going to hit tennis balls first thing in the morning. That I know. Should be headed back up to Tucson by 4pm. That gives me time to try and get the garlic smell out of my house here and run the last bit of errands in Tucson. I don't know if I was worried about vampires or what, but I ingested the motherlode of minced garlic in my dinner. And I did it by choice. It did seem to make Butch and Dana's dogs love me extra tonight when I went over to look at the house and plot where to put the sound system for the house concert on Wednesday night. It'll be a long narrow viewing area that branches off and we can incorporate the out of doors if necessary. The house has a great feel to it and while I sat and visited I bonded with each of their dogs.. I'm quite sure it was the garlic that made me the fave human of the moment. Ok, more to do...

Gahlic! Love it! I eat some every day, but don't know if dogs are noticing or not, LOL. Though, come to think of it, there are two big dogs who live here and every time the guy walks them, they are all over me! I like it pickled, too, and usually have a bag full of that in my fridge (I get big bags at this one Korean market in town, Sandy-yi).
On the other topic: don't you love to travel light? I do. My father always said this when I arrived for a visit with one little bag: "Where's the rest of your luggage? Is that ALL?!" He never could fathom (and he's a military guy, so it was odd to me) how I could travel with so little. It's very freeing. Now, I'm working on getting my HOUSE to be the same way!
