Rain!

We have a bunch of rain here this morning... I'd like to think I could bust out a little grilled cheese and tomato soup action. Maybe not though. Susan and I may go into NYC today so she can have an afternoon/dinner with a pal. I am thnking that if I got with, that I'll go work on my "secret project" and then meet up with them later. The weather may throw a wrench in any of that... we'll see.

Seeing Vange last night was wonderful. She's really one of my fave chick guitar players. Just gets into a groove and goes! Always so great to hear her play her solos and love her soul that she sings with! Made some plans to see her next week for dinner.

I'm in brain vacation mode... slow to do things... and just kind of relaxing and not worrying too much about what needs to be done. Of course at the same time I am continuing to make my lists of what needs doing and getting to them gently. I'm very focused on community and family from a heart-centric place. Have lots of love and good stuff going out to some folks to day.

Got some folks going through a loss... very sad. I'm sad too.
