Sometimes you feel like a nut...sometimes you don't!

Almond Joy's got nuts! And so does whatever event is about to do this very act! Maybe that would be a wife dragging contest at a monster truck rally?? Or perhaps it's just a large silly family reunion?



I felt compelled to post this pic. Working my mantra..." Be light, breath deep." Right?

Time to tackle my demons of not wanting to deal with my house in Tucson. If anything closed me right up it was thinking about that. I don't want to be closed up... now more than ever is a time to open up and let it all flow. It's fear. If I let it, it consumes me.. best I take a different path.

Today I will not water the gremlins.

And I am gonna radiate the lurve.

And then I'll eat soup!
