Yes, GB is off to do a fantabulous show on Martha's Vineyard. It's going to a happening for sure! Her shows always are.. in fact damn near everything she does is just that! A happening!

It's really sunny and beautiful here in Chicago at 8:00am. I am going to say it may be a bit steamy today as well... but I don't know as I haven't bothered to open a door to the outside and see what the "Hella Humid Factor" is.

I'm only 2 cups in... I can't take on the weather before "Mother's Little Caffeinated Helper" kicks in. I get back to work today which is great... and my time here has been nothing short of incredibly sweet tempered with some good introspection and a smattering of community building. All very good.

More coffee now... it's kinda cool ... I have to walk down and up a few flights of stairs every time I want a refill...

Does that constitute getting some cardio???
