Not ashamed of that at all.

I got to do a good deed today. Helped the Greater New Haven Community Chorus get a bargain on a piano at Guitar Center. I am a good bargainer. It's one of the things that made me a decent realtor.

And then my mom told me that perhaps her carotid artery might need some quick tending to.. we are waiting for word on what/when.  I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a bit freaked, but I'm trying to keep a level head. I may be flying to AZ sooner than I thought.

I have so much I could say about this... and did literally just type out...and then deleted.

What it boils down to is that I love my mother with all my heart and I will do anything for her.

Period.

Elf is helping me keep it light...  light is good.
