::::::All We Are Is Dust In The Wind:::::::

Those words of wisdom brought to us by Gretchen Baer.  And she is a wise one to be sure! Sometimes a wiseass, but here... she shows the wisdom of the ages.  All we are is dust in the wind...

I'm getting some software (www.touchcopy.com) on the computer that will allow me to get all of my ipod music off of my ipods and into one itunes library. You have no idea how worried I have been about  losing some of the music on my old ipod. Some really classic stuff from my days of when I really was into house and techno and eurotrashygayboy dance hits is on that pod... and it would be kinda tragic to lose it. And, there is a very practical reason too... the dj software (virtualdj.com) we are using (that was about 300 clams..courtesy of Conover Productions...) that we installed on my laptop only works off of the internal hard drive. No ipod recognition! WTF???? Seems like a stupid major flaw, but whatever...

So... with the big long day of "fill-in music dj girl" kicking off at ass-crack:30 by meeting up for the drive at about 5:30am in the morning to be at the Foxwood's Casino by 7am, it's imperative that I get this music sync'd up and start practicing. It also means I am most likely not going to New Have to hear some music tonight

No snow yet, but since we are on the water it'll take a little longer. It's verified to be snowing  in VA, and NJ so far... just nasty cold slushy rain.
