The nice man from England.

The insurance adjuster came this morning to see about the claim. And he was in fact, a very nice man  from England. He took all of the information and I essentially have to do more letting go. It's so much harder to swallow the loss of the pictures and audio/ video that never got backed up.

Thanks for the good words yesterday GB and Faith... I'm working to hold my head up today and firmly look today square in it's eye and be productive. Yesterday had me down at Delisheee Yo watching over the AC guy looking the system over and then the big surprise.. the delivery of the behemoth double door fridge was a day early!  I will say this.. that went so much smoother than I could ever have hoped for! We were worried about having enough manpower to get it in the door... between the ac guys and the fed ex guy and the guy from the shop across the way, they lifted it up off the ground and carried it in! Amazing!

So all of the big ass key elements are in the building now. Now it's time to receive the rest of the food stuffs and dry goods as well as the yo... and the opening may actually be this weekend. My back is about 50 % which is fantastic from where I started... I like the chiropractor I'm seeing and have hope that I can nurse this thing back to health.

Yesterdays word was safety.

Today's word is healthy.
–adjective, health·i·er, health·i·est.
1.possessing or enjoying good health or a sound and vigorous mentality: a healthy body; a healthy mind.
2.pertaining to or characteristic of good health, or a sound and vigorous mind: a healthy appearance; healthy attitudes.
3.conducive to good health; healthful: healthy recreations.
4.prosperous or sound: a healthy business.

Yes... I will admit I am a walking emotional rollercoaster... but I will say this: My lows are less devastating... and I'm finding I am pulling myself back up quicker.

That's a good thing.

I had failed to read your post about having your computer stolen when I wrote on last post.
I think this sucks big-time, and hope you at least get a new computer from insurance.
Losing all your footage etc has to be hard. I'll bet, however, that you put a lot of your videos etc on this blog, so glory be to blog!
