It's supposedly only 47% humidity.. but that has to be a lie.
I am hiding in the S.S. Smelly Cat with the a/c cranked to 68 degrees and it's prolly about 72 in in here. But the second I step outside it's hideous!
I need to caulk but it's so awful out there. I am going to hydrate up, and try to muster the strength to hit a noon mtg. Then maybe I can get some projects done here.
On the good news front, my mood continues to be positive and I have lightness in my heart. That's about all I can ask for.
Also, going to meetings, talking to my theraputic- professional- spiritual -floatilla- the -hun, and eating healthy have all added to my getting my sads put more into a perspective as opposed to a ruling force.
Judas Priest! Time for a tuneup. Some step work... and some Landmark. KK... we need to talk. When is your vacation?
