Shawnee and Gretchen have hightailed it to Savannah for a big night out, Cathryn is taking a few hours off, and I am ready for the masses.

I think this place will be a good gathering point for the healthier minded folks more than the tourists..I think the locals are literally starving for healhy options. Lots of friends dropping by, and I think we should do All Disco Sundays here... as soon as I can build playlists again, that's my goal.

Delving back into Pema... and letting go a little more. I have been angry..at myself and basically that's just gonna spill over into everything.
