Torture or treat?

I will be attempting to feed my mother vegan lasagna. My attempts at making it have been 50/50. Some have been awesome...some not so good. I don't have a set recipe yet. After I get back from my turn and burn to Bisbee, I will be hopefully feasting on some faux italian goodness. It smells good.. that's a start.

And.. the true excitement of the day? There are bees in the wall here at my mom's. We will be getting the bee keepers out here tomorrow. Wonder if we can keep the honey? That would mean we'd have to rip out walls... no fun. Hopefully doesn't have to happen.

Kale chips are on deck to be made... maybe before I go to Bisbee?
