That is the east... in the rear view for now.
I'll be flying back in a few weeks for a couple music thingies, but now the focus is on getting the house ready to move back into. It's definitely proving to be a chore.. but we will get through it. Building inspectors, permits needed, and a general going over of what else needs to happen in order to get the place comfy.
Fortunately, I have my mom willing to help with all of this... so there will be a double pane window, some insulation, and a new hot water heater as well. It's going to be a bit longer than I expected till I'm allowed to move back in.. that statement from the building inspector himself.
The good news?
Cashed the check for the sale of the boat. Now I'm mailing the title. It's done.
And, it may be only a couple weeks before I get to move back into my house in Bisbee. I'm almost home!
