Actually got a wild hair to cook so I texted a couple friends who are visiting Bisbee this week from Boone NC and told them I'd be happy to make a feasty mcfeasterson.
So, tonight my pals Melissa and Jen are coming over for tofu parmigiana over organic pasta. They are mostly in town for a vactaion... but they are also in town for this: The First Fake Jan Awareness Gathering. Fake Jan you ask? Remember the blonde wigs and cheese balls? Yes... THAT Fake Jan!
Melissa is playing at the Grand Saloon here and the theme of Fake Jan Awareness was tacked on as it will be a big fun time with all the peeps who give a crap about fun gatherings coming out in support. If you need to see what my pal Melissa does... go HERE!!!!
So just popped down to grab a loaf of Juliette's faboo bread... now it's time to set some tv trays out and see what I can get cookin'!
