I'm always pleasantly surprised when a familiar face pops up in the comments... my pal in Albany did just that. yay!
I'm off to do back maintenance appts and the like. I have to make sure I keep on this... not get complacent. Spring cleaning in a gentle fashion, and lots of water and stretching fit into the day.
And the day has a check in with Juneau and a bunch of super ripe pineapple in store!
