We go massively slammed yesterday at Poco! OMG!
As I sit here assessing the evening I am kind of blown away! We don't even have a sign out front yet! The nice days are bringing more and more people out and about, and while we are still hidden tucked back in Peddler's Alley, this place is a hit!
And I'm tired! I admit it! These long days on my feet are pretty taxing. Some folks need time to unwind... I just need time to heat up the bed a bit and then crawl into it. I guess it's another symptom of getting older. I'm not bummed about it but I'm aware of how I might be needing more down time than I am getting.
I'm rocking some micro greens (radish, daikon, broccoli and sunflower sprouts) in a quesadilla this morning as I get ready to walk to work. It's gonna be a beautiful day... and that should translate into a super busy day. Here's to hoping I get to see The Cilch Sisters before they split.. and to a great day!
