Holy crap! I gotta reign in my stuff here...
I am finding it frustrating to have such slow interwebs this morning and yet... who am I to complain? I'm still piggybacking on open connections..
I am giving myself a mental STFU right now!
The Winds of Thor blew through Bisbee yesterday and into the night.. we had gusts over 50 mph. And it did in fact shake my house, all the windows, and have me wonder what the hell was going to blow off. It felt like the walls would give way! As is the case with most houses in Bisbee I live in a glorified cardboard box... and sturdy construction (and insulation for that matter) were not high on the priority list. Granted, the place has stood relatively in place since the early 1920's.. but it's a bit of a trapezoid anymore after all it's been through. And when I say relatively, you all know what I'm referring to.
All the repairs that took place were comforting as I weathered the uber blustery night. But I still wondered what was going to blow off. And it was LOUD!
So me and the pokey interwebs are going to weather this slow time gently now. My house projects must be meant to start.

I was out in Palmdale, CA for a few weeks earlier this month. I think it was the 7th/8th, we had winds 35-45 mph, with gusts to 75! Enough to move small women and children!! And not fun in the high desert.
