I'm watching the documentary "Gimmie Shelter" this morning. It"s about the Rolling Stones and Altamont. Looks like it was a pretty out of control situation... yikes. I think it's pretty safe to say that lots of drugs and booze contributed to that situation. Jefferson Airplane, Grateful Dead, all in attendance. This happened so long ago. I mean, all these band members are now getting Social Security for chissake!

Today I celebrate not being on the heavy shit... or a drunken ass. And now it's time to walk the dog and get ready for the chiropractor. I am officially "in training" for my two week tour that I embark on in about 4 weeks. So I am just gonna up the stretching game so I can make sure I am being good (which I have been less than perfect at) and getting myself in the mindset for all the hard work that is coming my way.

Cute puppy! My sister's getting a schnouzer (sp) her little new baby girl is two weeks old, and she will be getting when she's 8 weeks old, her name is Minnie the Kid Panther. She's black and silver!
It you can swing it, bring Martha some Poco food. She says she's dying for it!
