Since restoring the data plan to a phone that might actually work, it means I can blog on the fly which will make things more interesting (for me at least) as I can do this how I started way back over 4 years ago and post the goofy stuff as it happens. Yay for me... possibly more dumb and questionable for you.

It's a last minute pack, repack, get it pared down... and it's still not working. There is only so much you can do with a 2 week trip where you know you are going to need every clean shirt and show pants etc.. my bag will have to get checked. I tried. And I did the best I could. And I surrender.
It's warming up and I know that I'll be flying through some weather today but it'll be worth it. I get 2 days with my cat Marvin on the front end,(as I knew I needed to get back to Poco for a big weekend after this tour is done)and some time to sort out the last minute details for the tour book. I feel ready for this challenge in my heart and mind. No matter how it ends up I am gonna give my 1000% (that's right...1000%!)and kick some ass for these guys. Maybe I'll even get to do some ass kicking?
Who knows?
But now, it's off to the aeropuerto for the first leg of this new journey.
Oh... and by the way, I played Dave Eggar's "Kingston Morning" cd for the Mother Unit this morning and she really liked it! Then we moved onto the new Red Hot and Rio 2 cd which she totally dug as well!
