paint, lamps that won't light and new music.

Those are the things in my immediate future in no particular order.

I got ahold the advance copy of the new Joe Henry cd "Reverie" from my record producer buddy. It's fantastic! It's deep... and thought provokingly beautiful. Kinda stripped down but with some great musical guts. This should be something I can play through a couple times as I tackle my broken tiki lamp and paint a wall in the kitchen blue.  This is a cd I will buy for sure... (no... I'm not just gonna take advantage of the cd here...I have respect.)

Ok... the lamp parts did not fix the damn lamp.

Shit.

I was sooooo proud of myself for taking that on. And then... bupkus!

Ok... on to painting. I'm good at that
