Well perhaps my weepy emotions and lack of stretching got the best of me. Woke up with the wrenched back, and a chiro appt at 10:30. After the adjustment I have to admit I'm tender. In fact I had to call in the reinforcements in the form of actually getting some medical consult and support. Now I'm as stretched as I can for now and laid out with my back support firmliy cinched and resting this sore body of mine. Ok then. This will pass. It had better.. I have lots to do.
Slowing down and loving my pal Babs and all the crew in VA... And getting ready to watch a John Hughes movie to comfort me like only his movies can.
