And things to install. Posters, ceiling fans, and the plumber yesterday taking good care of the issues before it gets damn cold here again. I'm about to head down to grab mail and then back to pack and tidy for the trek to The Baked Pueblo.
This got installed today...
It was obtained for the color and the kickass totem pole. Adding a HUGE splash of color and totally different feel to the super tiny bathroom.
Ceiling fan gets put in on Monday... and the gas line for the heater hopefully some time before March. It's gonna be a good winter here I think... meaning cold and such.
I'm not sure I'm smart enough to read Hitch 22.... I am in over my head I'm afraid. Christopher Hitchens is a brilliant writer... and he quite possibly may be too heady and smart for me.... I had the same problems with a bunch of Eckhard Tolle. Love what is being said... but it's written in a literary genius style that kinda loses me. I'll keep at it.
In the meantime I got a book on editing video called The Grammar of the Edit. A real A to Z kind of nuts and bolts on the true structure and jargon of film editing. I am going to try and get a 7 minute film together for Quad City Arts with all the footage from Deoro's residency.
My fingers are crossed..
