And as i has wanted to get this experiment going..

Round 1 of the semi-vegan pot pie building workshop is complete.

They are semi-vegan (as in not at all...) because I made the crust with butter. I forgot my wallet when I stopped by the co-op so I had not a penny to buy earth balance sticks. Not the preferred way, but it's an experiment . I will give myself a bit of leeway. Not pot pie wentons this go around but check out the huge pot pie empanada! That is probably my dinner. This took a shit-ton longer than planned so it got late before I knew it. Oops. A couple will get frozen fonder how they hold up, one or two given away for feedback (provided they are deemed edible)  and 2 for later.

Hopefully they don't all end up in the trash.
