So, around 7:30 I decided I had to have french toast. Who doesn't love french toast? I jumped on the interwebs and found a few decent recipes for vegan french toast and then Bobo-ified it with cinnamon sugar. Was not bad! But a huge sugar bomb. Playing in the background was the perky "Tenderoni" by Chromeo. Fun music to cook to.
This day will be a lovely one down here in Bisbee. The chill has been gone from the wee house for a week. No heat or electric blankets in use. I do believe we have passed through and beyond that thing called winter.
