Sultry Saturday wakeup.

Listening to some kinda sweet and sultry sounds this morning sent along by a friend who is maybe covertly trying to get me into less singer songwriter music and more into adult contemporary. It's not out of my realm. And the gentle sounds are quite good for my head this morning. It's a 2 show day with Kevin as I got him booked at a winery in Sonoita for a wee festival, then Tucson and La Cocina this evening. I'm losing my shirt on this weekend financially, but people really enjoyed the show and Kevin is a great performer. He's probably gonna lose a bit too when it's all tallied up. And for me that is the cardinal sin. Don't ever cost the musician money! The lessons will roll in I'm sure. But I do have a feeling once again of having had the opportunity to share some real talent with my tiny town. So, I'm gonna say it was a great night that the small, but mighty crowd we got a great night of entertainment. I'm looking forward to the asskicking long day. It'll feel like tour managing. So I'm all set.
