Miss Cranky Pants has left the building.

Just me and the coffee... starting the day off right.

My pal Colleen and I attended a cake auction in Douglas at The Gadsden yesterday. It shifted the mood, and had a very eye opening effect on how corporate something seemingly so small town can be.

H&R Block

All of these and more paying on average $150.00  for donated baked good to benefit a local charity. Too rich for my blood for sure.

But the rest of the day was spent reading and hanging on the porch with good music and a lovely afternoon. It's about time to amp up some phonecalls to try and get a couple things squared away... yesterday had me too damn cranky early on to try and finish up the 4 or 5 things I have hanging out there to be completed.

And my wasted trip to Car Quest on Saturday yielded an radiator cap that didn't fit properly.. so back out there I go in an attempt to thwart a visit to the local garage for diagnosis of my overheating of my little car.

But I'm not a Cranky McCrankerson today, so should be a good day.
