Had my first physical therapy appointment tonight. Did it totally kick my ass? Yeah.. pretty hard core stuff. Some acupuncture at the end made me kinda woozy.. as in I feel like I could have passed out. Who knew that a needle in your shoulder could do that? I was floored... literally and figuratively. Got my work cut out for me now. Grateful this is even happening.
