Yesterday I woke up in Nashville, and this morning Kansas City. It's the hurry-the-hell-up -and-get-to Washington tour. One day in the can and a mere 1575 miles to go! If all goes according to plan we should be in South Dakota tonight.

The check-ins with The Mother Unit have been news of positive progress after her recent hospitalization. She is a trooper for sure. I am so grateful she has people looking in on her..
