Humidity and humility.

Hey All..

It's hot and humid in NYC. We played the parking game again today and were relatively successful. It's funny like that. I am healing up and still taking it easy on the back. I am very aware of needing to be slower right now, which gives good time to focus on what we need to be doing for the future bookings and helping the flow keep going. We don't usually have enough time where we are stopped to do planning... and that is what we are seeing is needing to be done. It's such a cool process to see what all of these sources of information and talents bring to the table and to watch it all converge and see where we can go from there. It seems like almost every week something shifts and a new opening is created. I am constantly impressed with the quality of people that Trina has around her... brilliant people who I have so much to learn from. One of my faves is Jane Paul... she just knows everybody and everything. I guess that's what you get from being in it for 15 years! I have to say I'm excited to be around Michelle from Market Monkeys as well.. wow! What an amazing business mind! I say that because these are women who absolutely come at this business from the right place and are really good at what they do. So I feel very blessed to have any kind of access to these women. And I put Trina and Susan Werner in there too. And this is NOT ass kissing... it's genuine respect. I feel very lucky to be here.
