Back to it today.

I get back out on the road after a veeeeeeery long bit of time off. Needless to say, my heart grabs loads of excitement and goodness from this. It's been up and down these last few weeks, but really it's all good. I feel like spiritually I am getting more grounded towards what is really true for me. That means I can get out there and handle things with a level head and open heart.

My brain has been distracted by all of this legal stuff to be sure. But I am also being responsible in all that and that feels pretty good. Today we get to see a bunch of our peeps in Western PA. I do believe aside from Michelle and Julia we get The Bobcat and Katie and the wonderful Miss Amy too!

And let me tell ya...

After yesterday's storms... the bright sunny glistening on the water morning is delicious! My heart is light and I am getting ready to pack up El-Frida in about an hour.

And now? Coffee. I send up a bundle of caffeinated love and thanks to Seth my coffee roaster. And I think I need to just go ahead and order more of the Palmares Costa Rican. It was damn good!
