Technical difficulties.

Due to the limited internet issues down at the floater, and the fact that my cellphone at some point rest itself so that it wiped out my ability to blog from my phone, I was out of commission yesterday.

I know that all 3 of you still reading this wondered what kind of stupid thing I would ramble on about... and you got bupkus! Sorry.I basically put in a 13 hour day and by the time I got back here, I didn't want to hoof it up to the marina for internet. Just didn't have it in me. I'm tired now.I feel like I did a good job holding down the fort for Cathryn. It was pretty hella consistently busy yesterday and the one thing I accomplished was getting the shop listed on Yelp.com.

I didn't have time to futz otherwise. Which to be honest, is great news for Cathryn! The word is spreading.. like wildfire, and she will be needing some more staff sooner than later. The hours need to be later in the evening. I did enough after 8 pm to warrant even staying open till 9pm. Just by seeing the size of the groups that are dining next door... you know  it can translate into possibility. And groups do wander over ( 10 or more people..) and they are ready for some dessert!

So, that said... I'm a bit wiped out... and I want to hit my 9 am meeting, then I need to swing by and give Cathryn updates on what went on. I think I have the day to recover.. but who knows.. I am ready for my jaunt to Atlanta/Decatur for music and Rosey the Boston Terrorist.

It will be great to see Natalia.... and I am jazzed about my pal Julie's band Tricksy on Thursday nite. That one might require earplugs as it's a punk rock band. But I'll finally be able to get my Tricksy tshirt!

If I play my cards right and remember to get a fogger for the creepies that think they inhabit the floater...I may be able to bomb this place while I'm gone! That would be lovely... and you have to realize I totally hate bugs...so I am perhaps harsh in my reactions and I might be embellishing a bit on the numbers for the sake of blogging.. but either way... they are outta here! Bugs be gone!
