Fogbuster, me and Rosey,Blossom and Trixie.

It's overcast here in the Atlanta area. That doesn't stop me one bit from indulging in great coffee and loving on the trio of pets here at the house. I took the liberty of sleeping in till 8 am today.. dunno why but maybe it's because  this bed is uber comfy.
And waiting for me as soon as I emerged was Rosey...who leapt up from her couch cushion only to roll over and offer up her belly.. and Blossom who was stretched out thumping her tail waiting for me to give her a scratch.
And Trixie the cat curled up glancing over at me as if to say," I'm ready for attention now.."
All that and me with a cuppa jolene in my hand...
Nirvana.
Tricksy the band last night was high energy fun. My pal the lead singer was hoping to get some of the kinks worked out on this gig before they play at a few roller derby's. All in all, it was fun and good.
Ran into my buddy Jed the sound guy from Smith's Old Bar..thanked him again for letting hang with him for the Lissie show a few weeks back. Good people in Atlanta. And maybe it's because I'm around live music.
It's my mood elevator.
And tonite... Natalia Zukerman at Eddie's Attic.
I am soooooo looking forward to this! Be good to hear her new material, and just see her face.
Needless to say, my heart is happy today.
