Oops.

I didn't blog yesterday... a true first. I just plain didn't do it in the morning.  And then was out of the house all day. And then... well... I just didn't do it late.

Maybe it's a sign?

I walked a bunch with my pal Leigh while her baby Penelope was strapped to her. I guess that means Leigh is the one who really got the cardio. But we took a fun stroll all over and that took till almost noon. In between times out and about I managed to get Miss Rachael Sage booked at the Starlight Lounge at The Roka since everywhere else she was trying to play either closed or is iffy. It's convenient that they are doing the sold out Tom Russell show the night before and the room will basically be set up and ready.

I gotta give MAJOR props to Rod, Shawnee and Bill who are the dudes behind the Starlight Lounge for agreeing to this! It'll make for a very nice listening atmosphere. And I know how lucky I am on the timing... it's not likely to happen again.

And I got Tin Cup Gypsy put elsewhere as well... they will play The Stock Exchange at 7 pm on Sunday.

And my final music news...(that is less mundane than my life...or is it?) I got confirmation from the band we wanted for New Years! The Missing Parts are officially a go!

The only thing of true note here at the wee house in Bisbee is that I actually have a heater on inside... it's a portable one... but it was kinda chilly in here. That's me in a nutshell! Less nut... (nutty?) and emotionally less shell.. more happy going on!
