On my way back in from paying my storage bill, I made a quick stop to look over the choice (and not so choice) vinyl at one of the local thrift stores. I was able to score a relatively playable Herb Alpert album...
and a few compilations of things like "The Greatest of '72" by The Longines Symphonette Society.
Which can basically be summed up as this: "Crappy covers of songs I loved on AM Radio as a kid." They aren't even good bad. But I could only get through a couple songs. I will delve more eventually.
Right now I am kinda excited about the "Harmonikassen" disc with the two dudes and their accordions on the cover.. it's a true gem!
And I still have yet to crack into this lovely album... but my hopes are high... just like her hair.

Looks good, I have many obscure albums, and original ones from the 60's etc, I purchased at the time. Three record players! Love to spin the sounds!
