Hi Ho.. Hi Ho... It's off to the chiro I go...

Here's to hopin'... hope that this will make a difference. I haven't had any chiropractic care since I fled Hilton Head. Knowing full well that an adjustment here and there was needed.

I'll say this... most of my lessons do tend to have a fair amount of pain attached, and this lesson of continued back care is no different. Thanks to my buddy CH for the text of back pain sympathy... love you... big time. I got that after thay told me to go home from work to rest the back and do some stretching.

Funny, the back doesn't seem to want to stretch this morning. But I'm about to drop down to the floor to give it another go before I drive off to Sierra Vista to see the chiro-lady.
