I cooked, I cleaned... and I cooked some more.

And obviously forgot to get a blog post up.

So the day yielded kale chips, lots of fresh cut salad fixings, and some jackfruit for experimenting with. We use that down at Poco all the time, but I haven't played with it till today. It's pretty good! It's better fried, I'll say that.

My brain is tired...

I'm off to bed. It'll be great tomorrow because Kelly comes back. I have missed her face around Poco.
