I have a bunch to do in Searing Blister today...(Sierra Vista) with the impending insulating of my roof/attic space I need to get massive amounts of plastic sheeting to start covering things and at the same time, moving things out of the living room.
It'll be an undertaking for sure, but the construction will happen when I am gone in San Diego so it's come together without any struggle and I have people I trust doing the work. It's going to be a hugely messy affair and sadly I know I will return to a HUGE mess in the form of fine dust everywhere... Blech!
So I get my chiropractor to give me the skinny on how I may do with stand up paddlecboarding, tennis and the like. These are some of the activities Jeffrey has laid out for us.
I'm hopeful, but not stupid. If the weary back doesn't wanna... it's not gonna, so I'll take care of it.
It's a nice day out there but a bit chilly.. 60 on the porch. Which I know is downright balmy for those of you (all one of you..) in Juneau. Hi KK!
