messing with close to perfection.

I am making a small batch of kale chips with a deviated recipe. It could be a total disaster, but then again, it could turn out ok.  You never know. I'm taking the chance to prove to myself I can take a risk.  I guess I take a few risks here and there. Like walking away from a regular paying job, hearing the people in the wings say, "What the hell??? In this economy?" Yes... I did that. In hopes of getting more tour managing work.

I am one of those wacky people who if I don't follow my heart, all hope is lost. Ok, maybe not ALL hope.. but most of it. And when the hope gets lost, my happiness tends to wane as well... so in between my touring gigs, I cook up crazy stuff, and hope that I have enough to feed myself and pay the bills.

Thanks to the universe I am usually a pretty good cook! I'm a pretty good tour manager too..
