Pot Pie Experiment:
Flavor good...
Needs more moist saucy goodness.
Crust was pretty good, but will be better without butter as far as I'm concerned.
Ok. Not bad.
I won't be giving it to anyone to try... it's a solvable problem. No need to subject anyone to a dry pot pie. I gotta give props to Peyton at High Desert Market for digging some frozen peas out of the private stock for me. Small town living has big benefits.
Now it's REALLY time to pull the house back together. No... really!

the kids with teeth and i all shared one. good crust - good flavor - we all like our pots with all veggies though and have never been a huge fan of the meaty strips.... all the kids liked so much the idea of the indivdual ones too - i will follow your lead! and thanks for today!
