Happy indeed. What a great touring run! And while my caffeine intake was stifled due to time constraints the whole time out there, I have vowed to make up for that this morning. Plus, even though it's only about 35 degrees out there now I am gonna do shorts to work today since it will be heating up around here.
I am happy... it all went really well out there in Florida. Getting to reconnect with Dave Eggar, Chuck Palmer, Ariel De LaPortilla , and Handel Tucker was fantastic and getting to see The Azan Family in action at the fundraiser was incredible. And I just loved Amber Rubarth. This was the first time I got to really hang with her and she is sooooo sweet! Needless to say, a heart full of goodness will fuel my day and I look forward to reconnecting with Dave, Amber and maybe Chuck next month for a run from the east coast down to Nashville and back.
So glad I made it thru the great depression so I could have moments like this. And super grateful for my pal Lizzy who came to fetch me from the airport and grab a dab of fries on the way back so we could get some quality time.
