Starting to feel inspired by what is really possible in bringing a few musicians through Bisbee again... With basically the summer off to plan and recoup my losses and re-think how to make this happen better for all of us, I sent out an email to 'the people' of an artist I have wanted here in Bisbee since 2009. Got a very enthusiastic response from her mgmt. and that has me feeling like the wee roller coaster I was on after the last show will indeed not leave me scarred forever.
Maybe 3 or 4 shows from Oct to late March or early April.. that'd be perfect.
So the day calls out to me to be productive and forward moving. I have a keyboard to take back to the folks I borrowed it from, sound gear to put away, and a gorgeous sunny porch to take advantage of before going to see Alice In Wonderland tonite here in Bisbee.
Sounds like a good plan..
